Service and ERP
Service organisations that have their (digital) warehouse, production and inventory in order with Rootstock use the Salesforce Field Service solution to have the right engineer carry out maintenance at the customer’s location on time, and preferably preventively. From Rootstock ERP, the (van) stock is filled with the right items, and as soon as these are used in the work, they are charged to the customer straight away. A digital signature on the field service app immediately generates an invoice.
Rootstock ensures that the service engineer is at your customer’s site with the right parts.
Local and international
Balanced Force develops European localisations together with Rootstock in areas such as VAT, Intrastat, banking and e-invoicing.
Together with clients, client-specific functions are developed on the Salesforce Platform where applicable.
